「The beds are very comfortable- very nice linens. The toiletries are clean and smell wonderful. Great stay after along day of driving. All the staff are helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the well manicured peaceful garden. Actually all the art and decor has a beautiful New Mexico presence- we enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel has great security, and parking.」

「We stayed at the Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North from May 23–26, 2026. The hotel itself is beautiful, but several issues made the experience disappointing. Customer service at the front desk was very inconsistent. One employee was genuinely kind and helpful, but most others seemed uninterested or annoyed when helping guests. We called ahead multiple times to verify that we could purchase breakfast for one day even without the breakfast package, and we were told yes each time. But when we went...

「Great place to stay! Very clean, hardwood floors that were clearly washed prior to my arrival. Loved the in suite fridge and microwave. The little fitness center was also excellent with brand new equipment and had all the necessities. 2 great coffee machines with various creamers. Complementary water downstairs that was fresh. A great little place to stay nearby the airport. I called the shuttle service as I de-boarded and they promptly met me to pick me up within 10 minutes of my arrival!...
