「Everything is good but the showers 」

「At first I was worried I wasn't' going to get the beach view. Because their were properties on both sides of the highway. As I checked in they told me our stay was on the other side beach front. They gave us a choice of which floor we wanted. Unfortunately they told us the elevator did not go up all the way to our floor and we would have to take the stairs one flight. That was not a deal breaker. Our room was absolutely amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean, the view was...

「Dirty, stains on carpet/walks, hair and crumbs in bed. Employee vaping in elevator. Breakfast buffet service bad, items running out, trash over flowing, tables not cleaned etc. Would never stay here again.」

「The view is beautiful. The room was perfect with plenty of space and a large balcony. There are only 2 elevators at the front of the property. Only stair access where the villas are, we definitely got our steps in! 😩 Amazing location with a semi private beach, loved it! 」
