The place was perfect for a weekend getaway, right across the street from the beach, great view from the balcony, and close to everything. The only complaint was the ceiling was leaking in the bathroom the morning we left.

When checking in the front desk said 3 people were booked for the same condo. Had to call the company to get sorted out. Someone had smoked in a non smoking room and had to pay for parking.

Room was ok for the price and the pool was nice. If you are handicapped and in a wheelchair or walker, the hallway, room and bathroom will not be big enough to go through even in a small equipment. You need to pay $25.00 per parking per stay, it's not much, but it will be nice to mention it in the app. In time is 4 pm, every other staying in the USA has been 3, I called to see if I could come 1 hour earlier and they wanted to charge $130.00 more instead of trying to find accommodations as it's been at all other places we stayed. Check all charges before you pay and don't wait after you check in to try to contact Expedia or the property manager about it, also there was no phone number to call Expedia, only was able to communicate by using message in the Expedia app. I will continue using Expedia for flights, but will research other companies, before I use them again for lodging.

Hallway in the room is super narrow. Great view of ocean. Instructions for departure do not match up with what they would like. On instructions it says to leave keys with lobby. After taking them over to the lobby, security said you are to leave them in lockbox in your room. Pool was really dirty one evening, so instead of opening pool at 9am we had to wait another hour.

No visible person to check in with or talk to at the property. Our unit was clean out the hallways and property itself was not. It stunk of musty damp carpet. Also, the main issue was that there is a window in the main bedroom that faces the hallway and only had a curtain for privacy. We had to stack pillows around the window for privacy and to keep the lights out. Would not recommend.

This property falsely advertises a restaurant being present on the property. If you look under property amenities it says “restaurant” and that’s completely false. Also, the property listed a hot tub but the “hot tub” isn’t “hot” it’s actually not heated and matched the temperature of the actual pool. I also found hair in the drawers in the bathroom and dirt left in the bottom of the shower. When we arrived and attempt to check in for our stay they only had one lady behind the counter to check everyone in and the process was slow and the staff member was rude and did not look like she enjoyed her job. I do not recommend booking with this company.
