「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「Large room. Welcoming front desk 」

「A number of things in the room didn’t work. There was a floor lamp that didn’t work at all. It was plugged in and the bulb was fine, but the lamp didn’t work. Also, there was no remote for the TV so I couldn’t watch that at all. The breakfast was not very good and was not kept well stocked throughout breakfast hours. The good news is that everything was pretty clean and well maintained otherwise. The room was cute and spacious and everything felt very safe. And I found the staff to be pretty...

「Because our stay was preceded by a week of camping we were delighted to have on site laundry facilities. We chose the site originally because of proximity to family. We found it very easy to access the community and to park when we returned. Breakfast had many options that was alway fresh with a very nice seating area. The room had plenty of space and the beds & pillows were very comfortable.」
