「This place is exceptional from customer service to the cleanliness of the rooms. I truly enjoyed my stay also there are mexican and sushi restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance.」

「Th hallway smelled terrible, the elevator was hot and also smelled bad and the pool was under construction—which they don’t tell you when you book. It was also in an area with tons of other hotels, across the huge 8 lane road from a very nice open air shopping mall and you COULD NOT walk there. There was no pedestrian cross walk or lights, so it was incredibly dangerous walking over there for dinner. Ridiculous and unsafe. 」

「We had to wait until 8pm to check in. They gave us “free Breakfast” which was not free. It was a voucher for $20 for 2 people. The sliding door to the bathroom was broken so there was no privacy when using the toilet. The bar was closed for a wedding. I was quite disappointed. The staff were kind but there was apparently nothing more they could do. 」

「Rooms were spacious, very much appreciated for long stays. The kitchenette was perfect. Overall, the staff was professional and polite. The room we stayed in needed to be refreshed with paint, caulking, and tub scouring,」

「room was clean, carpets in stairs were a disaster, elevator was broken, so moving up and down from the 4th floor was cumbersome, and the spa tub jets wouldn't work.」
