「Excellent hotel. Very quiet when you close the windows and great to see what is going on in the pedestrian areas when you open the windows. Bathroom is big!!! In the heart of the old town and literally half a block from the the Plaza Nueva where all the Pintxo bars are located and you can eat and have wine and people watch. 」

「Great couple of nights at this comfy hotel. The room was very nice and the air con was much welcomed! Very good shower and a comfortable bed. Excellent service from reception. Handy microwave in the public area to have an easy meal 」

「Muy céntrico, se puede ir caminando a todos los sitios de interés desde el hotel. Tienen sello “dog friendly” con un coste de 15€/noche. Se encuentra aparcamiento gratuito alrededor. Desayuno completo y recomendable. Muy buena experiencia ya que lo elegimos como punto de salida hacia varios destinos del País Vasco. 」

「The hotel was located close to La concha and local shops and restaurants. The bus stop is outside the door and in 15 min you can be in the old town. The service is very easy to use.We enjoyed the local shops and the ease of getting in and out of town. It does not have a pool as is advertised. Rooms and service were good and friendly. 」
