「The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the stairs to transport our luggage. We stayed there out of necessity. We had very little options.」

「Loved everything about this hotel and my stay here! Extra clean room! Big closet, comfortable beds! The outside areas are very nicely designed with fire pits by the amazing pool! Cleanest pool I’ve been too in years! Good breakfast also! I will be returning soon!」

「Everything was great with my room but the breakfast was the worst I ever experienced. Very limited selection and the powdered eggs were barely edible.」

「Great hotel: excellent beds and shower! Very close to the Wharf (where I had a conference)! Quiet, safe, convenient to access the beach or Foley shopping. Right now the pool is out of commission, but they have agreements with 2 nearby hotels if you want to use their pools. Highly recommended!」

「Best Western on the Beach was the best choice for us due to literally being right on the beach and walking distance to a lot stores and restaurants and I can’t walk too far due to a health condition, but it was in the perfect location and the staff was super friendly and helpful! We will be back for sure!」
