「Firstly I must say that the service and food was excellent. The menu was extensive and delicious. The staff were brilliant- nothing was too much trouble. My spa treatment by Lucy was probably the best I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The dining areas are well laid out and well maintained. 「Enjoyed our stay at Penmere. The staff were very friendly and helpful - shout out for Jamie! Spacious, comfortable room, powerful shower, clean. Good choice on breakfast buffet that was continuously replenished. Food ordered from breakfast menu was slow to come out. Would certainly stay again.」
