The room was charmingly decorated, and I really appreciated the Cornish tea and biscuits that were provided. In the morning, I woke up to the sound of seagulls, which was a lovely reminder that I was so close to the sea. There was a great variety of breakfast options, and I especially enjoyed the delicious Cornish breakfast made with local ingredients.

Really loved my stay here. Extremely friendly and welcoming hosts (and dog!), the room was spacious and comfortable, I slept brilliantly. Breakfast was a treat - well made and fast, great selection on offer. And what a good location. Definitely want to come back!

I had a nice stay, needs some TLC its abit tired and could with some work done. My key in the lock to my door didnt work to well but staff was very helpful. Very nice breakfast. I had a upgrade on my room so that was very nice!!

The Lerryn Hotel is in a fabulous spot, great access for the town and beach. The breakfast was faultless with perfect service. However, the shower overflowed on my first morning. This was rectified, but there was water coming through the extractor above the shower at times, and a leak of water onto the bathroom floor from the base of the shower when the shower was not in operation. Room generally not that clean, grubby carpet, and room not tidied daily when user away. Am I asking too much for £75 / night?

Dog friendly & the staff are all amazing. Great choice of breakfast options. The room was clean & loved the biscuits each day. Small fridge in the room which was handy & a coffee maker which I didn’t need as they had great coffee at breakfast. Really close to the beach & some lovely walks with the dog close by. The town isn’t too far to walk either. Would definitely stay again

Needed somewhere nice to stay overnight after a long night out- really pleasantly surprised by the sophisticated decoration of the room! Gorgeous colour scheme and lots of pillows. Nice big bright windows. Spacious, nice TV, big bed with an extra bed and sofa. Lots of tea and coffee and complimentary mint chocolate :) very lovely big bathtub and seperate shower which I appreciated. Staff were helpful and accomodating while I was a tad late for breakfast. Quick service and nice food, felt very homely and comfortable :)

The hotel is in a good location. Very close to the beach. It was difficult to attract attention for check in. When I eventually found someone they were very amiable. I wasn’t told any information about times of breakfast etc. Breakfast was very nice and staff friendly. My room was a single bedroom and my first impression was that it was very small and pokey. Stains on the carpet, marks on sheets. Not cleaned very well. The bathroom had a very strong smell of damp. The shower cubicle had black mould. The shower itself didn’t work because the temperature dial was broken and obviously glued in the past. The water temperature was very cold and then it became extremely hot and scalded me, then it would go back to freezing cold again. The day of check out I had someone enter my room without knocking whilst I was still in there. I definitely won’t be visiting again for sure. Not worth the money.

Hotel ideally positioned for beach, walking & exploring Falmouth. Hotel looks a bit tired, room carpet stained, paintwork chipped & outside area’s overgrown. But despite it’s quirkiness the hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere. Room very clean but housekeeping only made bed (which I could easily have done myself) & night wear just dumped on bedside table. Sink & shower not wiped round. Walls are quite thin, I clearly heard a man yell out in the early hours, sounded like he had cramp!! Staff very friendly & helpful, breakfast menu good. I booked last minute & think in view of what I paid, probably not value for money as no amenities . I think if the garden was more inviting & there was a few extra touches such as flowers in reception, a welcome folder with info in room & the decor updated it could be a very good hotel .

Warm welcome, lovely room with sea view, good breakfast freshly cooked to order, convenient for station and town and very clean and tidy. Even randomly met the owners in a harbourside pub - their son runs the hotel and is the breakfast chef . Truly a lovely family business.
