I accidentally booked the wrong room type, but when I called down, they handled it seamlessly. Someone came up right away with new keys — no fuss, just pure professionalism and care. The room itself was spotless, crisp, and fresh — I was able to relax immediately, which isn’t always the case in hotels. Sometimes the air feels muggy or the cleanliness is questionable, but this was absolutely on point. I hadn’t realized how expensive last-minute stays in Seattle can be, but honestly, this hotel was worth every penny. We even got lucky and caught a little local festival that evening — the view was great, and the atmosphere just added to the night. The bar manager made me a perfect cup of tea and was so warm and welcoming. The next morning, we asked for a local recommendation at the front desk, and once again — they nailed it.
