「The hotel and the room were very up-to-date, clean and inviting, the staff including the security guards (James, Norris and Mike) were all very professional, full of information about the area, restaurants and sights. They all went out of their way to help us and were so friendly. The breakfast was changing every day and better than your normal hotel breakfast. And the hotel was convenient to everything downtown」

「Great customer service at check in. This staff knows how to communicate and treat a guest. Clear explanations on the amenities, etc. Great breakfast, and the 3:00 pm fresh popcorn is great. 5:30 to 7:00 they provide complimentary beer and wine, as well as a few snacks, such as chips. They have a soda fountain which is available all day long. So wonderful for when I needed a quick sip of bubbly but DID NOT want a bottle, can, etc. Brilliant benefit!! 「Hotel is conveniently located just off of the freeway. Clean and updated property. Great customer service! Also they serve a happy hour from 5:30-7pm and a delicious and free breakfast. Beds were comfy too which is a definite plus. I would highly recommend!! 」
