「Great location and the room was well equipped for the weekend. The ONLY thing we could have asked for is a dog wash/rinse station or a hose attached to the outdoor shower to rinse off after being on the beach. Thanks for a great stay. 」

「As with most places on Sanibel, this is a family-run small business and they are eager to please. This was the perfect location for our family to call home for a week, was right next door to a family-run convenience store, across the street from ice cream, dining & shopping, and on the main thoroughfare to get to everything else on the island via car. 「My husband and I were schedule to be at Oceans reach from 8/31/17 to 9/10/17. Upon check in we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The property is beautifully maintained. Our condo was very nice and furnished in a very pleasing beach theme. We did have to be evacuated from the island due to hurricane Irma, but even that was handled so well. We will be returning. 」

「Our trip was amazing and definitely looking forward to going back. Very relaxing and enjoyed shelling every morning. Totally lucked out with the weather as it was perfect the week we were there. My husband loved it and told me I did a great job picking the place to stay. We didn't leave the island the whole week we were there. We both needed a break and this trip was just what we needed.」

「It's Sanibel. One of the best places on earth. This was our first time with Beachview and it was very pleasant. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The cottages are quaint and the area has a peace and quietness about it. It was a great stay. Kudos to the Christmas decorations as well. 」
