「Large, clean, well maintained room with effective air conditioning. Ear plugs provided in case of noise from the bar below but the noise wasn’t too bad at all. Breakfast was at additional cost but was very nice. Would definitely recommend staying at the Skeff.」

「Location is just right. Staff are nice and helpful. Room decoration is quite old and small. Bath with no shower head and only the one attached to the wall.」

「Breakfast was next level awesome-- my parents wanted to experience the "full Irish breakfast" before leaving Ireland and the Lady Gregory solidly came through! Each was pleased b/c they had traditional and even a vegan full Irish! Also, we ordered dinner from the restaurant and the food was incredible. Even had the specific whiskey my husband was looking for.」

「Galway is a large city. The hotel is down a small alley, not one you can drive down and drop off your bags. I had messaged the property about parking but had no idea where to go. A little directions would have been helpful. I double parked on the road to drop off my bags, visiting from the states, I was in a panic as to where to go. It was the final straw that I wanted to go home. My daughter said it reminded her of a "pay by the hour hotel". It would be good for someone who travels with...

「the room was so small you couldn't use the toilet and keep the door closed. Def. do not do a snug room with two people. Also there is no safe for locking passports or anything and the cleaning staff came only 1 time in the 4 days we stayed. The wifi didn't work and there is no front desk so you have to text on whatsapp, but staff never responded despite many attempts. def do not stay here unless youre looking for a hostel vibe」
