「What a great view! this hotel is directly above the Mc Donald's. The staff is very Jovial, and friendly. side note: Don't bother priortising a property based on the offer of breakfast while in Italy, Italy doesn't do breakfast, and you will be disappionted in the breakfast they offer. Coffee is another matter, they do coffee very well. However there's no cream, lol. The room was clean, and very small, but adequate there was some thought put in to were to put your suite case; they had space for...

「My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. 」

「Esse hotel não deveria estar no menu da HOTELS.com. É tudo tão ridículo, parece uma pensão para estudantes. Estacionamento é na rua. O café da manhã “continental “ é na cozinha ! E nada funciona. Com muito custo a faxineira me serviu apenas um café. Não voltaria nem de graça. 」

「Don’t expect to be wowed at this hotel. Everything is pretty basic, but it was clean and the staff very friendly. We only stayed one night before boarding a cruise ship and it was ideal for that, but you wouldn’t want to stop there for a holiday.」

「Soggiorno piacevole al Serpa Hotel Anzio. Camera pulita, staff gentile e atmosfera tranquilla. Nel complesso una buona esperienza, consigliato.」

「L'hôtel était bien de l'extérieur, avec du potentiel à l'intérieur qui à besoin de rénovation. La couverture veillotte qui cachait un coffre de lit brinquebalant. Problème avec le wifi, il fallait toujours se reconnecter quand on revenait. Le personnel prévenant et aimable.」
