Erwin and Francesca could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. Extremely helpful with directions. Food and snacks available at all times. A fully stocked kitchen if you felt like preparing your own meal. The bed was comfortable.

Erwin was very helpful snd communicated consistently. The room was comfortable and very clean. The address wad difficult to find after a long flight and train trip and we did not completely understand that there is absolutely no staff during the day or night.

The area around and the accomadations are very nice. The stairways to the door that is a common area does not reflect how nice it is inside. Super quite, perfect place to stay before cruise or if you’re just checking out the city.

A gem of a guesthouse with such friendly and helpful hosts. A well stocked kitchen with plenty of choice for breakfast. Nice comfortable rooms with every amenity you’d need. Well located to easily walk to town and the cruise port shuttle.

Welcoming host

The room was good and the apartment common area well fitted out for breakfast Fantastic host really helped us get to the port Note though there are many steep stairs up to the apartment and then in the room up to the bed

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location was so perfect. I had a few concerns because of a few of the reviews, but I did not find it to be the case I could not have asked for a better location. The bus stop was right across the street a lovely restaurant 50 yards away a grocery store close by. And the hotel manager was beyond accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and a nice firm mattress the complementary breakfast with a wide assortment of items if I go to Venice again I will definitely stay here

The room was spacious and clean. Need to be able to handle stairs up to the room and up to the bedroom (spiral staricase) with bathroom on the main floor. Had to wash our own dishes with another guest, which questions the sanitary condition of the silverware. A dishwasher would be helpful.
