"Jordon the front desk guy was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to secure me a room with a working air conditioner on a VERY hot, busy weekend! Unlike the Fairfield Inn I had stayed at the night before. There they told me the front desk clerk was comfortable with the temp of my room so the fact that I wasn't DID NOT MATTER! (I KID YOU NOT! I COULD NOT MAKE THIS UP!). Jordon cemented my loyalty to Staybridge! He is a GREAT representative for the brand! GIVE that guy a BONUS!!!!! He kept saying "we can do better." He so far exceeded my expectations (prompt, courteous, came to me so I didn't have to run around, kept checking on me til problem was resolved) that I can't stress enough, GIVE THAT GUY A BONUS!!!! AND, NEVER stay at Fairfield Inn!!!!!"
