「We stayed at this hotel for five nights and unfortunately had several issues that were never resolved during our stay. The biggest problem was the lack of Wi-Fi in our room. 「We had a wonderful stay at Under Canvas Mount Rushmore. The setting, the atmosphere, and the way the property blends comfort with the Black Hills made it a great experience for our family. The UnderCanvas Team deserves a lot of credit — everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The tent setup and amenities were next level, and the overall environment was exactly what we hoped for. It’s a great base camp for families to visit the surrounding areas.」

「床單上有5-6根頭髮，沙發髒，隔間窗台油漆掉落，牆壁壁紙沒貼好、廁所一盞燈壞了沒修。我們房間邊間，所以有飯店EXIT門在旁邊，清晨5點多-9點陸續有巨大關門聲⋯非常吵吵吵 」

「We stayed here for three nights. The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was delicious and so great to start our busy days with good food in our stomach. We used the laundry facilities and that worked great. The water park was SO fun. The kids had such a great time. My only complaint was the water park was really busy since there are other hotels connected to it. It was hard to find a spot to sit and fresh towels. The kids didn't seem to care though.」

「It has been a long time since I've had such an enjoyable time staying in a hotel and will recommend this place to everyone heading to the Mount Rushmore area. All staff was very helpful and kind. The room was very clean. The beds/pillows were comfortable. The rooms were quiet - we didn't hear any neighbors at all. The bathroom was clean and the shower head was awesome. It was so nice to have the full size pumps of shampoo/conditioner and body wash, but it was really awesome to have the hand soap...
