「The room, the hotel and the amenities were all very clean. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The only downside was that the room I paid for was over booked. It took front desk staff about 15 mins to find us a balcony ocean front room. I originally paid for the higher floors and ended up at the 3rd floor. 「I was on the fence about booking this place, and if you are too let me help you: don’t. The room itself was okay. Not very clean or particularly nice, but not awful. The main issue with this place is the staff. We must have talked to five different employees during our stay, and each one of them was completely incompetent and very unpleasant.
