「The oceanfront view and the beach itself were great. The morning restaurant staff and evening front desk staff were exceptional. (I’d come back to visit them!) Daytime front desk and management were far less impressive and less welcoming. Pool area was smaller than anticipated and not frequently maintained. 「Beautiful new pool. Convenient beach access. We had a 10th floor ocean view room which had beautiful beach & intercoastal views. Free self parking. Reasonable breakfast included with your stay. Comfortable king bed. Shower lacked water pressure and the rooms are showing their age. All in all, an excellent stay for the price. So glad this hotel is back to its pre-hurricane condition. 」

「At the last minute, we decided to stay at new Smyrna Beach. We’ve stayed at the best Western a few years ago and had a very nice time. The views are fabulous and the staff was excellent.」
