快樂島 3 星級飯店

「Poor selection of breakfast options, the majority of the hotel was under construction, and it felt like a zombie place. I didn't know it was so horrible when I booked it until I got an email and asked the Sales Manager if she was giving any concessions to the restaurant since the majority of the hotel was under construction and she refused. Her message to me via Expedia also mentioned about the pool hours yet there was no pool at all! False advertising and my room had a musty moldy smell that...

「The hotel room was clean and the rooms are updated despite this being an older property so we did not have any problems. I would recommend better lighting in the bathroom area. There are quite a few industry workers coming in and out, but there was no noise impact to our room so overall a good stay.」

「Muy limpio i comodo」

「I really liked the very comfortable rooms and the very good food and the very friendly staff」

「Very clean」

「Nice and modern hitel」

「Upon checking in our faucet in the bathroom was barely a trickle. After 2 nights it was still not fixed. Luckily we were able to use the kitchenette sink Wallpaper was coming loose on the edge at the bathroom entrance. Overall cleanliness was poor. Just don't think this property lived up to the Hilton standards.」

「The staff was very polite and helpful while the room was also stocked and clean!」

「I read that two weeks before my reservation that their elevator was in operable. I got there, and still there were signs on the door that the elevator was not working. They were professional enough to remove the charge, as I wasn’t climbing stairs.」

「I showed up and the hotel was closed. I was not told about this and had to find another hotel」
