「My stay at Urbano Hotel left me with mixed feelings, but unfortunately one experience during checkout overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay.
At checkout, the receptionist had to call someone to physically go and inspect my room before I could complete the process. In my opinion, if such procedures are necessary, they should be handled more discreetly so guests do not feel uncomfortable or distrusted.
