「Room was decent. Total cost of booking two rooms and early check in fee was supposed to be $216.66. they charged my card multiple times causing a $324 extra hold on my card which took money out of my bank account. i came from out of town for my daughters birthday and the money that i was going to use for my daughters birthday was put on hold and not accessible which all plans for my daughters birthday were ruined. Definitely will not recommend this hotel.」

「We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely spot in San Juan Bautista! Amazing huge tub and two shower heads!! Only bummer was the jacuzz jets weren’t working :( but still had a lovely shower and hot bath! 」
