"Parking was safe, the hotel was very clean and had a nice scent, I been to hotels that have a "smell" to them but not this one. "

"My room # 219 had torn rugs, damaged furniture and the entryway door was stuck closed while using the keycard forcing me to kick the door open. The hallway rugs were filthy they needed to be shampooed cleaned. The motel is currently undergoing renovations the lobby had stacks of new mattresses and bed frames. The continental breakfast was adequate coffee, bagels, cream cheese, fruits bananas, apples and oranges, one type of yogurt."

"Property deserves zero stars. Had an awful experience. Booked through Expedia but when arrived at the hotel somebody named John could not find my booking. After several minutes of trying , he phones his boss who was able to find my booking. Once I was given the room, it was several buildings down despite the entire hotel being empty. The toilet flush was not working. The wash basin was stained. The room was probably last updated in 1950s. There was no chain lock on the door. The outside had lots of unsavory characters hanging out. I wanted to leave but I was so tired, I just crashed on the bed."

"Way too expensive for the condition of the hotel. Location is good. Called them three times over three days to provide information they requested. I never received a call back from any of the three messages I left. "
