「前台服務很有禮貌，附近餐廳選擇比較少，不過路面電車非常近，搭乘前往中央車站也不算太耐」

「酒店地方尚算清潔, 當天32度, 沒冷氣, 只有風扇, 很熱很不舒服, 說是機場酒店, 但又不是太近, 需要乘巴士前往, 吃的地方又不多, 不太方便, 幸好住一天, 否則真不知多失望」

「Hotel location is good, very near the train station. the service is good. when I request the additional bed in the room. they changed another bigger room to us. Even we have 3 adults and 1 children. They would not ask us to book one more room.」

「Museums and churches are all nearby within walking distance. Excursions gathering point are just within 20 minutes walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Though so convenient for all, the place is still very quiet and beautiful during non peak travelling season」

「I had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, which made check-in and any questions during my stay a breeze. I especially enjoyed the morning buffet. It was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The location was also a big plus. It was just a short walk from the main station, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Very neat, comfortable room in Zurich. Charming price with everything a 3-star hotel should have, even much better. Everything is self serviced which is very well organized except The cleaning staff entered into my room next morning when I was still in asleep.」
