「The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room?...

「I've always stayed at the embassy suites and I've never had a problem. But this one here I will never stay here again. We checked in the TV in our room did not work. We called downstairs. 「We were traveling from across the country and our plane was delayed in Denver. The gal who answered the phone(4/3/26) at 10pm as I shared our problem was so kind and understanding she made sure we had our room when we got to Claremore and we had everything we needed for a very late check in. Big thank you her and taking such good care of us.」
