「My stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Worth City was disappointing. While the front desk staff was courteous, check‑in took longer than expected. The property is large with plenty of parking, but due to the location and poor lighting, it didn’t feel very safe. The room itself was quite old — from the carpet to the furnishings. The AC struggled to cool the room and was very noisy. The lighting setup was inconvenient, with a single switch controlling all lights instead of separate...

「Room 238 has bed bugs. I was eaten alive. I did not think to check before I laid on the bed. We had 4 rooms. 2 of the rooms had TVs that were not working. The staff on duty could not get them working and did not seem to mind if they were not working.. The pool was pretty gross. It is sad that we needed to book 10 rooms next weekend at this hotel but had to change to a holiday Inn instead of facing bed bugs again.」

「Very bad stay experience. I stayed in two rooms. One of the rooms had a very bad smell. There were underwear and clothes in the closet. Someone opened the door of the other room at 9:50 pm. Very bad stay experience!!! 」
