"My husband and I arrived at the hotel earlier than check-in time after leaving a cruise ship. The manager on duty was very polite and without hesitation allowed us to check in immediately upon arrival. We would stay here again if we ever cruise out of Fort Lauderdale."

"The location was perfect. Located near many restaurants and shopping. We parked our car and walked everywhere . The rooms are Beautiful and very clean. We requested more towels and recieved all fresh towels, great customer service. From check in until we left was just the best. This is our new favorite staycation hotel."

"There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) when we arrived, though we did contact them and it was quickly resolved. During the booking process we received an email from them to sign an rental agreement and to say that the original payment didn't go through. I thought this strange but paid them again. It wasn't until I checked the Visa Bill, did I realize we had been charged twice. After contacting them, it was eventually resolved and we got most of our money back minus fees. We...
