「This hotel is HORRIBLE!! Save your money and stay somewhere else. To start, it took over 20 minutes to check-in because there was ONE guy working the desk and he had absolutely no pep in his step. He talked to one lady for 10 minutes AFTER she was checked in and ready to leave because they started talking about insurance (unrelated to visit), a vacation he had coming up, and then about something he pulled up on his phone. When we did check in our $335 room we reserved on Expedia turned into...

「Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. The pool and gym are very nice as well. Clean and tidy. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the mattresses. They had not so clean sheets when we arrived they had a smell. We told front desk and they changed them. Also communication to the front desk is bad. They never answer. But honestly is a good hotel with good breakfast and location. Id stay there again 」

「No waffle maker for the breakfast?! Broke my heart. Although, they did serve hot food which was nice. Trouble with the AC as well. I dont think I have ever been hot in a hotel room and there was no adjusting it. They provided a pack and play for my baby which was so convenient and lightened our load for packing.」
