"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room initially assigned to me the aircon wasn’t working properly. The maintenance crew arrived very quickly and assessed the issue. The management decided to change our room rather than us wait the two hours for repairs. We really appreciated their efforts to ensure our comfort. No issues with anything else"

"Staff super friendly. Hotel isn't flashy but just right and room was super comfy. Super convenient to stores, restaurants, beach, and bars. Easy to get transportation if you're looking to go to near by cities in tricycles. Overall, perfect place to enjoy El Nido with great pricing. "

"It was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in my life with the exception of not having an elevator. We had to climb about 6 stories of steps up the side of a mountain but worth every penny. It was the most beautiful view from a hotel I have ever seen. When you get to your room you really find it hard to leave your balcony. My recommendation for the next person is dress for the beach and leave a bag with dry clothes at the front desk so that you only need to do the climb once a day. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was the best I have ever had in the Philippines. I have been traveling to the Philippines for 14 years and normally not very impressed with their food but they are always wonderful people "
