「地理位置方便，5分鐘左右就步行到Bern Bahnhof，我們預訂時包了早餐，不用擔心吃的問題，附近有很多餐廳。酒店旁就有超市，很容易就買到生活用品和食物。酒店亦會提供巴士票，可以免費乘坐市內巴士，到不同地區。酒店清潔很好，而且有空調，夏天去都不用擔心，是一間很舒適的酒店。但酒店沒有提供水煲和冰箱，如果能有提供就更好。」

「酒店位置很好, 鐘樓轉個彎就到」

「The staffs were nice and helpful. Hotel provided some light foods, fruit , drinks for guests for free. Breakfast was good. There was a restaurant down hill, guest can have 20% off in dinner time. I would like to stay here again.」

「Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better. 1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help. 2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules. 3. 「Unfortunately the funicular train nearby goes under maintenance. This will be very very inconvenient if you need to take your luggage from the train station to the hotel. Suggest for the hotel to equip small fridge for the room. 」

「Incredibly accommodating. The hotel is 50 meters from a big bus stop. And in six minutes you get to the old town. The hotel itself is modern and functional. The staff is very sympathetic (especially the guy who helped us in Italian!). Great breakfast and a funny room—as stated somewhere else, for seasoned couples as the toilet is beyond a thin door with the shower. Funny anyway. I cannot suggest this hotel more: the price is very low compared to the commodities. 」
