「This is a beautiful old hotel. The grounds are so well maintained and beautiful. We stayed in the Theodore Roosevelt room, which was lovely with a sitting room. My only complaint was that the couch and chair were not usable. They were extremely uncomfortable., so we didnt really get to enjoy the sitting room.」

「Love the convenience of the Hotel Madison. I can visit my daughter on campus and never worry about where I am or where I'm going to park. Clean space, friendly service. Air conditioning is a little wonky (it is difficult to make room cool), but that is my only criticism. 」

「The fan in my heater made odd noises, but other than that everthing was super clean, quiet and comfortable.」

「I was charged an incidental fee for no reason. I’ve tried calling customer service and they are not helpful. And no one is answering the phone at this hotel.」
