「The lady working the check in desk could use some training, she didn’t give us very good directions and she wrote the incorrect room number (ours) on someone else’s card sleeve because they were trying to get in our room and they showed us the key sleeve and it had our room number on it!! They went back to the desk and come to find out that they were in the room next door?」

「There is a strong musty smell in the room」

「We came down for a birthday and the two bedroom suite was perfect. I was thrown off by the “sofa bed” but it worked out fine. The staff were Amazing Ms.Sherrie at the front desk 3-11 shift and Ms.Yosheka for breakfast were a 10/10! They were friendly and made the stay feel so welcoming. The housekeeping refreshed our room and made sure we had clean towels. I can’t say enough about this property it was truly amazing I enjoyed it.」
