「Nice place.」

「Check in was a breeze. Offered option to pay for early check in, which we did. Super convenient to walk to Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena with ease. Felt safe and room, hallways and lobby were clean. Parking was very expensive, but we were able to park right by the elevator, making it easy to unload and load our car to and from our room. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t say they were “friendly”. 」

「Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and was fresh and included many options. Hotel is very conveniently located near downtown Nashville while being out of the noise and congestion of the city. Would stay here again for sure. 」

「Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.」

「The room was spotless ! It smelled so good and the beds were made up very nice. Check in was smooth and checking out was a piece of cake ! I’ve been staying with you all for seven years while being a cancer patient at Vanderbilt Medical Center. I’ve never had a problem. 」
