「The olded room, wasn't nice at all..」

「Recently updated everything felt new and clean. We had a King on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the pool. There was a separate bedroom with a separate thermostat for the bedroom and the living area, something not often found in similar hotels. The room was super spacious with a well appointed kitchen area including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The rate for this room was very reasonable and worth every dime. The room was quiet as well. The shower had great water...

「A short stop over after a long flight from the UK. Staff are really nice, breakfast is adequate, rooms were very clean & comfortable. The pool was a bonus. The area is very quiet! Right across the street you have a publix very handy.」

「The first room we had the tv was broken. There was no phone to call the front desk and a bug crawled on my leg. We had to go down to the front desk and they gave us another room. This room smelled really bad, like smoke, beer, and liquor. We did get a refund for our second night that I am waiting for it to clear my card. There is an extra fee to use a card of $3 a night and pets are not allowed. We won’t be going back.」

「The rooms were a little dated, but otherwise they were spacious and comfortable. Having the seperate bedrooms was perfect for our family. Access to a full kitchen and washer/dryer was so convenient. The location was excellent, view was beautiful. I would stay again.」

「The location on Expedia showed downtown Melbourne and it was over 4 miles away in Palm Bay. Communication was terrible and we couldn’t even get into the community when we got there and had never been given a gate code or any good instruction. There’s black glue or something on all of the floors, but the rest of the interior was pretty clean. The back screen porch had not been swept or picked up. I don’t think in six months and the floors were disgusting. You must use their app to figure out...
