「I have been coming to Maggie Valley my whole life (grandfather is born and raised there) and this was probably one of my favorite rentals. Clean, great location without being too far up a mountain but still privacy for relaxation. Will be looking forward to stay here again in the future. 」

「There was a septic tank issue, which flooded the bathroom. I had to find another place to stay. Evolve refused to refund me for that night. Never again. 」

「House was very clean and orderly. Bedding and towels were of good quality and clean 👍. The contact, Seth , was helpful and quick to respond to texts. Nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly. We had elk roaming the streets and neighborhood yards/fields for two mornings and one evening…very cool! Also caught a Corvair car show at the fairgrounds a few blocks away 👍 Mass at St. Margaret’s was beautiful. Pizza from Brickhouse Pizza & Burger was very good.」
