「Everything was amazing. Just the shower stall had a cracked floor, room 118. Breakfast was good, staff is very friendly!」

「The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the stairs to transport our luggage. We stayed there out of necessity. We had very little options.」

「The staff was great from beginning to end, starting with the gentleman who checked me in on arrival. He let me know that breakfast was available in the morning and gave me voucher for breakfast, food was good and when I returned to my room from being out all day my room was clean and re-done, the cleaning staff was on the ball. Appreciate the hospitality all staff showed me.」

「Furniture needed to be either shampooed or replaced. Carpet in the common area after getting off the elevator needed to be cleaned」
