「New hotel with barrier free accessories was surprising😝 There were callbells and handrails in the room👍 High quality free breakfast buffet😋Takeaway cups and sandwiches bag were available for the ones in a hurry😍 Yet, some of the utensils at the buffet were obviously dirty😕」

「If I could remember the names of the duty staff, I would individually name and praise them. I discovered a number of defects in our assigned room; (408) and reported them at breakfast. they were all remedied before we had finished our meal! We could not have asked for more supportive and friendly staff.」

「The hotel was clean and friendly no complaints. The weekend we booked was unfortunately on the Orange parade weekend (which we knew nothing about) so was a bit noisy but it didn't spoil it. 」
