「When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. 「Always beautiful and clean. Breakfast included and Karla in the dining area is the best and always friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is located about 3/4 of a mile from downtown. Huge selection of restaurants and shopping nearby. Can't go wrong with this place. 」
