「Great location and very friendly and helpful staff! 」

「Two rooms on the first floor had such a strong overwhelming chlorine/bleach smell that neither us nor our friends could stay longer than a few moments. The folks at the front desk were very helpful and polite and moved us immediately. We then got a second story room and a fourth story room and the smell was fine. It looks like they tried to remodel the property and on the surface it looks pretty good. The lobby looks nice. When you start to look closer at the rooms they are not in great shape....

「The wifi was down the entire time. TV barely worked. Construction right outside our room. I was in town for a work trip and couldn't use my computer to work during the day.」

「I have received 0 assistance from staff or Expedia for my check in issues. We didn’t even stay at the hotel!!!!! Waiting on a response to see if I can even get a refund. Useless staff, didn’t help at all.」

「$521 for a room that you have to stand on a still to look out at the view. The rooms are nice, nice furnishings. No breakfast. Man at the desk said they raised prices because hotels nearby were booked.」

「Kitchen did not have a large enough pan, and no seasonings but the room was large and clean and we enjoyed our stay.」
