「I liked the thoughtfulness and generosity of the staff and their friendly interactions. I also appreciated the late check out because I overslept.」

「I saw a scorpion on the floor of our room, the refrigerator make a lot noise and the room is very small.」

「They need to more organized and gave staff to greet the guests. No one was there to welcome the guests walking in」

「Nice resort, however facilities are a bit old.」

「Loved that they had the basic necessities for the beach, the beach was almost private, and had the most surreal sunsets. They had beach towels and chairs. The room was clean. They promised breakfast but didn’t have that which was disappointing. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work which was annoying. The staff was very nice, Overall a great experience!」

「Great customer service and willing to work with you to better accommodate your needs. Is a quiet place with fresh beach towels always.」
