「Had to call 4 times from airport to get picked up by shuttle,as no one picked phone up. Staff was rather indifferent at front desk, nice enough, but didn't give us directions to our room or other amenities. Everything else was fine, but it started out on a bad note. Not the best customer relations. 」

「Great stay at GLō Best Western! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable with fresh, clean sheets. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Perfect location for travelers driving from New York to Florida. Definitely recommend it and will stay again in the future!

「The room wasn’t ready till 7:30pm. It was dirty, hair in the sink, dirt in the floor, dirty sheets. At 10:30pm just as we were going to sleep, they started cleaning the room just above us and vacuumed and was moving a bunch of furniture. They offered no help or comp plan to make up for the horrible experience. I paid way too much for that experience 」
