「Aamupala oli perustasoa. Kahvi tuli koneesta ja ei ollut esim. Laktoositonta tai vegaanista vaihtoehtoa kahvimaidosta. Ei myöskään gluteenittomia tuotteita oikein ollenkaan. Yksi aamupalalla ollut tarjoilija keräsi TÄYDEN ruokatarjottimeni pois sillä aikaa, kun hain kahvia (piti käydä kolmella automaatilla, kun kaksi automaattia valitti puuttuvista kahvipavuista). Silti varsin outoa hommaa, varsinkin, kun istuin pöydässä, jossa muut ihmiset olivat sanoneet henkilölle, että eivät veisi tarjotinta...

「房間安靜、寬敞乾淨舒適、地點近巴士站、早餐美味、性質比高，整體來說非常喜歡。但需注意，Hotels.com有列出「行李寄存」的服務，但實際上卻沒有這項服務喔！他們連行李房都沒有，如有需要這項服務的需考量一下，畢竟退房後若要再拖著大型行李去城區會超辛苦，因為離城區有一段距離。行李寄存應該是蠻基本的飯店服務項目，真心希望飯店增加此項服務。然後在增加此項目之前，先於各住房網站拿掉「提供行李寄存」服務，否則當場會有被騙的感覺。（至於我當天是有遇到非常好心的服務人員，有借我放一下櫃檯後方，使我免於拖行李箱去城區之苦，真的非常感謝。」

「We spent three nights at the hotel. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. It was very good that you can close the windows and sleep in complete darkness. The room has good soundproofing. It was cleaned every day. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. A lot of different food from cereals with milk to sausages and various salads. The hotel owners support Ukraine,at the beginning of the war in Ukraine they gave shelter to thousands of Ukrainians. Thank you for that. I...

「great location with walking distance to many attractions , breakfast included with very attractive room rate for 3 ppl. (€65). The restaurant in basement provides good beer and services. I will recommend this hotel to my friends .」

「地點很方便，往老城走路10分鐘。路上有超市，很方便買食材回來煮。公車站也很近，往各個地方都很方便。房間不大，但該有的都有，有廚房洗衣機。櫃檯的服務人員親切，很推薦的住宿地點。」

「The room is not as good as the picture shown. There is no sofa in the room and a chair instead. And the chair and desk is not match. The design of the electricity is not user-friendly as if I remove the room card, the sockets in the room will not work, and there is no on-off button for the lamp near the bed, you can only control the lamp by removing the card, so it is impossible for you to charge your phone after you close the lamp. First night is really uncomfortable as the bed sheet is not...

「Not bad but smaller than expected.」

「1. 因為出行前扭傷右腳，本人到達酒店時仍然借助枴杖行走。但是酒店提供的位於一層的房間卻需要經過二層穿過整個酒店才能到達。當我發現後要求換房，卻沒有房間了。不過第二天酒店為我換了傷殘人房，非常好。 2.入住當天我們有一個同行的朋友打算更改行程，在塔林住一晚，在要求加床時卻被告知加床已全用完。而且第二天我的朋友就離開了。不過在離店時，酒店未經與我們核實，向我們收取了加床費用。不過在交涉後還是給我們返還了。我對酒店整個印象很好，這兩個小問題解決的也還滿意。不過如果能避免發生就更好了」

「Good location, clean and comfortable, good city view, well equipped 」

「The apartment is great and in the old town!!Everything is clean and the office(reception) is close to the apartment, just fews minutes walk. The staff at the office is nice and helpful, although we forgot to tell them we will arrive there earlier than the check-in time, they helped us to get into the apartment as soon as possible. I really appreciate them, especially Liisi.」
