「There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. 」

「The hotel itself was lovely, the facilities are great, the rooms adequate with very comfy beds. The buffet breakfast was also decent! The spa area was very well kept & we loved all the different kind of saunas/steam rooms they had. The local buses are a short walk away & take you to various points of the town. We had a bit of miscommunication with the receptionist after we we told we could use the spa early if our room wasn't ready over email, but arrived to be told a stern no. So instead we...

「It was a brand-new hotel, so everything was clean and new. Stuff were were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is good which is around 10 minutes walk from Helsinki ferry terminal. Hotel is 5-8 minute walk to historic old town of Tallinn.」

「房間安靜、寬敞乾淨舒適、地點近巴士站、早餐美味、性質比高，整體來說非常喜歡。 但需注意，Hotels.com有列出「行李寄存」的服務，但實際上卻沒有這項服務喔！他們連行李房都沒有，如有需要這項服務的需考量一下，畢竟退房後若要再拖著大型行李去城區會超辛苦，因為離城區有一段距離。 行李寄存應該是蠻基本的飯店服務項目，真心希望飯店增加此項服務。然後在增加此項目之前，先於各住房網站拿掉「提供行李寄存」服務，否則當場會有被騙的感覺。 （至於我當天是有遇到非常好心的服務人員，有借我放一下櫃檯後方，使我免於拖行李箱去城區之苦，真的非常感謝。」

「The room is not as good as the picture shown. There is no sofa in the room and a chair instead. And the chair and desk is not match. The design of the electricity is not user-friendly as if I remove the room card, the sockets in the room will not work, and there is no on-off button for the lamp near the bed, you can only control the lamp by removing the card, so it is impossible for you to charge your phone after you close the lamp. First night is really uncomfortable as the bed sheet is not...
