令人难忘的一次入住。这家酒店的位置非常好，位于老城的市政广场旁边。酒店很干净。特别是服务非常好。很热心。我们住了三天，非常愉快。因为该酒店是一座老建筑改造的，没有电梯。前台的一个小伙非常热心帮我们把行李搬上搬下累得满头大汗。我们非常感激他。强烈推荐该酒店。

Good Location

Old building with modern decoration, like home. Due to open area, an umbrella still be essential in room. The TV set is too small, particularly during World Cup previod. Restaurant is around you and inside the old town. Within 10min on walk, you can go to most sightseeing.

Nice Choice!

This hotel is located in the heart of the Old Town of Tallinn. It is very convenient to go to nearby sights. Took you just 30 seconds to walk to the town centre. Many good restaurants nearby as well. Staff there were nice and helpful too! Would recommend others to live in this hotel for a short visit in Tallinn!!

Old, quirky property with unconventional rooms in the building across the back of the courtyard. Ideally placed in the old town for walking everywhere. Excellent.

Quite a unique hotel, not a chain, so very friendly staff. Can’t put a finger on it, but really enjoyed my stay from the moment the receptionist gave me a map of the local area, she was full of enthusiasm and could see her love for the city Location is excellent, we booked the economy room, but ended up in a standard one; which was a nice surprise. Full of charm and character, excellent Elemis toiletries, quiet location (maybe it was the off season). Room wasn’t modern (but that’s not the point of this hotel) but was comfortable, bed was big (little too soft for me). Had a Nespresso machine. Breakfast was excellent, hot items were made to order.

Hotel is in a great location and the staff are really pleasant and helpfu. The breakfast was delicious. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was the bathroom - no stand up shower, only a roll-top freestanding bath, and when in the bath tub there are no nearby shelves to place toiletries.

It was really enjoyable although we had air conditioning. Other rooms may not so check. The breakfast was wonderful and so many choices and the people working there were so friendly. Very cool how historic the place is.

Staff were really friendly, gave us a map and circled off places of interest and places to eat and showed us to our room. Excellent location right in the heart of old town. Would highly recommend.

It was a great experience staying at Merchants House Hotel - accommodating staff, great location (walkable to restaurants & shops) & with healthy breakfast choices (location of dining area: beautiful cozy basement). Do not forget to take advantage of the sauna located inside the hotel; it was offered to us but we didn’t get the chance.

The Merchants House is the perfect location and its history and age adds to the experience of Tallinn Old Town. The breakfast was good with a wide selection. Margarita at reception is delightful. Friendly, helpful and with a wonderful sense of humour she made our week stay for the Song Festival a special one. Next time we hope to bring our daughter :)

Excellent hôtel de 36 chambres, parfaitement situé à deux pas de la Place de l’Hôtel de ville dans la vieille ville de Tallinn. Personnel compétent et avenant, chambre spacieuse et confortable, terrasse intérieure bien aménagée. Petit hôtel boutique qui mérite pleinement ses étoiles et ses nombreux commentaires favorables. Très heureux de mon séjour de trois nuits. Merci!

As a solo woman traveler, I felt INCREDIBLY safe the entire visit. Angela especially was so nice to connect to, helped provide me with whatever I needed. The location was PRIME, you couldn't have asked for an amazing location midway walk to everything I needed for my 3 nights. Up the block at the top of the hill were 3 exceptional restaurants seconds away which enhanced my stay. I fell asleep right away- I will advise the room I stayed in with the tub publically threw me a curveball but I adjusted quickly and glad I was traveling solo as it may not be to everyones taste. I'd recommend this property highly. I didn't end up doing the breakfast at the hotel as there were many coffee shops nearby and I opted a different route- thank you merchant house for a memorable stay in a historic space !
