「The staff!!! Absolutely amazing. I had booked the wrong night on a non-refundable price, I called them, there was no problem switching it but they would have a higher room charge (consistent with best prices online). We arrived and they said they wouldn't charge the extra as they dropped the price for the night. They did not have to do that so you know they are genuine good guys.
A gentleman who was working there (maybe the guy who co-owns it?) also offered to help me with our luggage back out...

「The room was very comfortable and the views across the pool and river just stunning! Staff were lovely and super accommodating, the pool and little playground fantastic, and the breakfast buffet great value. Would definitely come back.」
