"Luke was awesome. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was sorted. Even on a public holiday morning, he went above and beyond to help, which really says a lot about the level of service here. The whole team was friendly and easy to deal with, check-in was smooth, and the place was very clean and well maintained. The location is great too, right next to the beach. A big thanks to Luke and the team for making our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!"
