「Breakfast is really nice! Reception staff is very helpful and friendly. We booked a room with double bed, it is clean but too small for 2 ppl, no space to open our luggages! The wire of electic boiler is too short that i need to place it on floor. Nevertheless, overall it is satsifactory~」

「Located in the downtown area, this hotel is easily accessible by foot, whether you are visiting famous tourist attractions or taking the transportation to the airport. And the counter service staff is friendly and willing to help solve our doubts.」

「I am from HK & I was asking for refund (even for 30%) due to coronavirus but the hotel rejected. I understood this is the hotel policy but I do think there should be exceptional case under this extreme situation. Quite disappointed as other countries hotel are willing to refund full or partial refund in this case.」

「The room was big enough to open 2 huge luggages. Quiet as well! Good! The kitchen and bathroom were clean! The view was perfect as well as we could see Hallgrimskirkja very clearly! Perfect location! Breakfast was good too! Parking slot was provided. Highly recommend! 」
