「The area was relaxing, with the ocean breeze and calm waves. I will return every time to the Castle Napili Surf Beach Resort in Maui .」

「The view from the room was restful and spectacular — could see Lanai island, the ocean, and the tops of plumeria trees and palm trees. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, and the short stroll— 2-3 minutes to Napili beach. The bed was a little firmer than we are accustomed to, but we still rested well.」

「我們花了每晚USD$230左右的住宿費，但得到的卻是如同motel般的服務！ 雖然號稱是度假村，但基本上這裡提供的服務是0!! 所有東西都是自助的，沒有vallet parking，沒有room service，連美日的清掃服務都沒有(需額外花費才能擁有清掃服務)。 若expedia在訂房時有告知這一點，我想我不會選擇這個飯店！ 相同的住房價格在Lahaina或是Kaanapali beach附近可以住到很不錯的三至四星度假村！可以享有更好的服務！」
