「Booked a “1 King Bed with Sofa bed, Balcony, Oceanfront (Balcony)” with check in time that starts at 4 PM and ends at 5:30 AM. I show up and the room given to me was a room on the first floor with a balcony facing closed shops and flipped tables. When I complained to the receptionist, the explanation I got was that “we checked-in late…”. There are no mentions of what is considered “late check-in” while booking. For all I know I could’ve showed up at 4:05 PM and they would’ve told me my room...

「Good breakfast, small pool, only one elevator (so weird), staff was helpful and nice, 1 block to beach, close to a lot of restaurants, bars, etc.」

「The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, it’s quiet, and parking is convenient.」

「The front staff was always helpful and friendly. We had a suite room for our family of 5. The room had plenty of space and was comfortable. The location is perfect. You can walk to grocery, CVS and restaurants and is barely 10 minutes to Mickler's beach.」
