The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The room felt dirty and poorly maintained, and the bathroom had a strong musty, mouldy smell. 「This lovely hotel was sited near the centre of Oban. The street often had parking spaces, albeit for two hours, payable at a meter. The hotel can tell you how to extend parking time. The room was kitted out with everything we needed. Breakfast was (in the hotel's words), "quirky", due to a small kitchen and dining room, but perfectly adequate. The staff were welcoming, super friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.」
